I like this machine but the rollers wear out quickly and are of a poor quality material for the purpose they are meant to serve. The rollers are in short constructed of substandard material. I feel that if AbCirclePro was serious about marketing this equipment and concerned about their reputation th...ey would offer replacement parts - rollers more specifically which wear out quickly. It's a shame to create such a great product and to let one design flaw ruin the chances of developing credibility in the excercise equipment market. I am dissapointed this design flaw makes this product a fragile piece of equipment. Excercise equipment should stand up to repeated uses which this does not. The very least this company should do is make this product one that can be upgraded with replacement parts which would raise the reputation of the company that makes AbCirclePro. When a company makes a good product they should take into account the fact that their reputation rides on the general opinions of the people who spend their money on their product. In constructing this piece of equipment the designers should have spent more time and money on research and development which they probably did not do. The material they chose for the rollers were obviously not the right material for the function they were meant to acheive. I havent had any problems with paint chipping or any parts breaking as of yet. The machine folds up nicely so you could prop it up against a wall or any place out of the way. The only problem I find is that the knee pads are very hard. Of course the box did come with some knee support padding but af...ter a good workout they go flat pretty fast. Pros:

1. Trains the Core Muscles, something traditional machines don't do very well
2. Easy to use after you get the hang of it
3. Results in 5-6 weeks if you stick with it and do it every day
4. No Quality issues after 2 months of daily usage

Cons:...

1. Awkward at first. If you don't focus on your exact movements and muscle groups, you end up training your arms and not your abs.
2. Can hurt your back if you don't do what I mention in #1.

Bottom line, don't let 3-4 sessions discourage you as it takes a little bit to get it right. The AbCircle along with the right diet and some form of Cardio Exercise have produced results for me. Read more Less

I can't believe the results I've already had with my Ab Circle Pro. I ordered this product because I was so tired of doing boring sit ups and wanted something that didn't take as long as my pilates tape.
